Verification results should be considered indicators of deliverability likelihood, not definitive proof of validity. False positives and false negatives may occur.

We provide a technical verification tool, not legal advice regarding CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA, or other regulations.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

By using BreakTru Verify, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, consent requirements, and acceptable use of validation results in your organization.
